You can make a free size or product exchange once within 30 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs will be charged starting from the second exchange.If you return your order within 14 days after receiving it and choose a refund, shipping costs will be charged.

The items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or any other condition that prevents them from being resold as new. The original packaging, tags, and any accessories that were part of the product must also be included.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS:

Products purchased at a discount can be exchanged for variations of the same product, other products of equal value, or a Gift Card equivalent to the amount paid.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Fill out the exchange and return form to obtain the shipping label: https://returns.itsrever.com/twojeys

2. Print and attach the return label to the package and take it to the selected drop-off point or any of our stores. Remember that purchases made at La Roca Village and El Corte Inglés can only be returned at those establishments.

3. You have 5 calendar days from the initiation of the return to send the package. Make sure to securely seal the box with adhesive tape to keep it secure.
